Plant Medicine Integration

You had the experience. Now what?

The journey may have ended.
The integration may only be beginning.

Plant medicine experiences can bring forward insights, emotions, memories, sensations, questions, and perspectives that continue to unfold long after the journey itself has ended.

Integration is the process of creating enough space to understand what you experienced, allow what has surfaced to be met, and discover how what you encountered might become part of your life in a grounded and meaningful way.

Important context for this work

Plant Medicine Integration is integration support. I do not provide, administer, or facilitate plant medicine journeys. This work is for people who have already had an experience, whether independently or with a therapist or other facilitator, and want support with what comes afterwards.

Somatic • Spiritual • Sacred

The integration process can involve more than making intellectual sense of what happened. We can listen to the body, explore what has shifted internally, and make room for the spiritual or sacred dimensions of an experience without forcing it into someone else's interpretation.

We pay attention to sensations, emotions, nervous-system responses, and the ways an experience may continue to live in the body. My background in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Holographic Memory Resolution informs this embodied dimension of the work.

SOMATIC

What is your body saying?

SPIRITUAL

What has changed within you?

Some experiences raise questions about meaning, identity, purpose, consciousness, connection, intuition, or the direction of your life. Integration creates space to explore those questions rather than rushing to resolve them.

Some journeys are experienced as deeply sacred or as encounters with something larger than ordinary awareness. That dimension can be approached with respect, curiosity, and discernment, without imposing a predetermined meaning on your experience.

What wants to be honoured?

SACRED

AN INTEGRATED APPROACH

I'm not here to tell you what your experience means.

Your experience is yours. My role is to provide a grounded space in which you can explore what emerged and listen for what is meaningful to you.

Rather than recreating the journey or chasing another profound experience, the focus is on what happens now: how the experience is living in your body, your inner world, your relationships, and your everyday life.

The work may help you:
  • make sense of what you experienced without rushing to explain it

  • notice what your body continues to communicate

  • meet emotions, memories, or sensations that surfaced

  • explore insights that have not yet become embodied

  • consider the spiritual or sacred dimensions of your experience

  • translate what you discovered into everyday life

INTEGRATION IS NOT INTERPRETATION

Some experiences need time to process.

You may be seeking integration support if an experience continues to stay with you, if something shifted but you are not sure what to do with it, or if you want a safe space to talk about an experience that is difficult to explain.

The experience is over, but emotions, memories, sensations, insights, or questions continue to surface.

AFTER THE JOURNEY

Something is still unfolding.

MAKING SPACE

Listen before deciding.

Some experiences raise questions about meaning, identity, purpose, consciousness, connection, intuition, or the direction of your life. Integration creates space to explore those questions rather than rushing to resolve them.

You want to explore how what you discovered can influence your choices, relationships, sense of self, or way of living.

Bring the insight home.

LIVING IT

WHO THIS MAY BE FOR

Choose the level of support that fits your experience.

Integration is not a simple conversation, it is a whole body, whole person process. Embodying the experience may unfold over time and as such you may benefit from returning to what has emerged as your understanding deepens.

The Goal Is Not To Recreate The Journey

The goal is to discover how to live with what the journey revealed.

A grounded approach to profound experiences.

Hello. I am an Integrative Somatic Healing Practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in health, wellness, and education. My work brings together embodied awareness, trauma-resolution approaches, spiritual guidance, and a deep respect for each person's individual healing process.

My relevant training and experience include Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Holographic Memory Resolution, spiritual guidance, shamanic initiations, the Munay-Ki Rites, and the Deepening process with shamans in Peru.

These experiences inform the way I hold space for plant medicine integration. I bring both somatic grounding and spiritual awareness to the work while respecting that your experience belongs to you.

“I am not here to tell you what your experience means. I am here to help you listen to what it may be asking you to understand, embody, or integrate.”

“Karen is probably the person whom awake me on this therapeutic process. She is so benevolent, with a huge knowledge of what she is talking about. She’ll never judge you, she’ll always find the right words to help you find the solution by yourself. I’m glad that I’ve met Karen on my journey. I definitely recommend her.”

Plant Medicine Integration

Do I need to have worked with a therapist or facilitator?

No. Integration support is available whether your plant medicine experience took place independently or with a therapist, guide, or facilitator.

Do you provide or facilitate plant medicine journeys?

No. My sessions are specifically for integration after an experience has already taken place. I do not provide, administer, or facilitate plant medicine journeys.

What if my experience was difficult or confusing?

Difficult, confusing, or unexpected experiences especially require integration. We can approach what emerged slowly and without assuming that it needs to be interpreted in any particular way.

Will you tell me what my experience means?

No. I will not impose an interpretation on your experience. The work is centred on helping you explore what you experienced and what meaning, if any, you find in it.

Is this therapy?

Plant Medicine Integration is not a replacement for medical care, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, or other professional treatment. It is complementary support for the integration process.
